Zellnor Y. Myrie is a Brooklyn native, attorney, and affordable housing advocate serving New York State Senate District 20 in Central Brooklyn. Before his election to the State Senate in 2018 and taking office in 2019, he worked as an associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell and as a legislative director in the New York City Council, where he helped draft the Tenants' Bill of Rights.
