Michaelle Solages supports increased and more equitable school funding for Long Island and District 22 schools, including reforms to New York’s Foundation Aid formula, preservation of Hold Harmless protections, and more funding for mental health, English-language learners, students with disabilities, educational technology, after-school programs, and advanced courses. She also backs college affordability measures such as TAP expansion and FAFSA completion efforts, and has supported broader student services such as free school meals and music education.
