Kevin S. Parker is a lifelong Brooklyn resident and longtime Flatbush resident who has represented New York State Senate District 21 since being elected in 2002. Before taking office, he worked in public service roles including special assistant to former New York State Comptroller H. Carl McCall, New York City Urban Fellow, legislative aide, and project manager with the New York State Urban Development Corporation.
