Christopher Eachus has supported immigration-related measures that expand protections and assistance for immigrants, including voting for a 2026 budget bill with provisions restricting state and local participation in immigration enforcement and protecting school access regardless of immigration status. He also co-sponsored legislation to create an unemployment bridge program available regardless of citizenship or immigration status and for some people released from immigration detention.
Christopher Eachus supports several Climate & Energy measures focused on emissions reduction, public power, and EV-related safety, including anti-idling legislation and the Hudson Valley Power Authority Act.
